Everything is Awesome at the FREE Lego Experience Hollywood!!

By Bronwyn Velazquez - Monterey Park and Glendale Publisher February 8, 2019

Everything is Awesome at the Lego Experience Hollywood!! The Lego Experience is another Pop Up experience brought to you by, Warner Brothers. It is on the corner of Hollywood and Vine. Same location as the Small Foot mountain or the IT house. Fully interactive and family friendly! Let's go in!

As soon as you walk in, you are entering a galactic Lego experience. You will encounter a giant Lego Batman! Step on the pad in front of him and he lights up and talks. There is fragments of the Statue of Liberty washed ashore. Reminds me of a classic scene from Planet of the Apes. Great photo ops! In the large waiting room, you can meet a giant Lego Unikitty ready for battle. A galactic coffee house called Unchained Coffee! This is a photo opportunity to take a picture with the largest lego coffee cup EVER!! There is a photo opportunity there, to have your photo emailed to you. Another photo opportunity is a bench with a life sized Emmett. You can get that sent to you digitally as well. Walk through a small space in Emmett's house and take a nap on his bed. After you visit and take photos with all the AWESOMENESS,  you move down the hallway to the next room.

Next you are transported to outer space!! Beautiful twinkle lights cascade the walls and interactive flooring comes to life as you take each step. As you are on your journey use #THELEGOSPACEHOLLYWOOD and share your experience. In the next room, you will encounter ALL sorts of fun, inventive and exciting activities. You can dance on spinning records and battle an opponent. AND have the mini video emailed to you! There is a photo booth you can enter to get your picture taken in, and of course it looks like Legos. One one of the coolest parts is making your own Lego family sticker customized to look just like your own family! After you are done, your sticker awaits you to take home. On the other side of the room is the "sticker room"!! Grab a sticker and help decorate the white walls and furniture or yourself!! Last stop is the Lego Room! It glows in the dark. Grab a seat and create something. And after you are done, you can take home a Lego Movie poster! On your way out there are screens set up to play some Lego video games!

There is a week left to catch the Lego Experience!! And walk ups are available. Ample parking surrounds the venue. But take some cash or your credit card. You will need to pay for parking. The hours of the Lego Experience are

● Weekdays (Mon-Thurs): 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM
