Embark on a magical train ride and visit with Santa Claus himself at his North Pole workshop. Ride the train, where elves will lead your family in Christmas songs, holiday trivia games and storytelling. Santa greets the guests as they arrive at the workshop. Visit with Santa & Mrs. Claus at a play area where children can play on Thomas train tables and craft activities. Enjoy refreshments at the Pinacate Station boarding area. What is the Train to Santa’s Workshop?
The Train to Santa’s Workshop is a Christmas-themed event where families can enjoy a fun train ride to “Santa’s North Pole Workshop”. While at the Workshop there will be many activities and things to do.
What are the appropriate ages for the Train to Santa’s Workshop?
This is a family event and fun for all ages.
Will Santa be at the event?
Yes! Santa, Mrs. Clause, and Santa’s Special Elves will be at the event, and there will be opportunities for everyone to have their picture taken with all the characters.

How much are tickets?
Tickets are $15 for ages 2 – 11 and $20 for ages 12 and up.
How do I purchase tickets?

How will I receive my tickets?
Your ticket confirmation will be emailed to you, and you may pick up your tickets at the Will Call window on the day of the event.
Are there any refunds?
There are no refunds or exchanges. The event will be held rain or shine.
Do you recommend purchasing tickets in advance?
This is a popular event and the preferred train times do sell out. We recommend that you purchase your tickets in advance. When purchasing your tickets you will be asked to select the date and time for your train ride to Santa’s Workshop.
