Join the city of San Gabriel for the second annual Cinco de Mayo Mercado. This year will be grander than before. It will be a beautiful and cultural night. Amongst some of the activities and things to do that night will be, performances by local Ballet Folklorico dancers, Marimba Band, Mariachi Band and a very popular latin infused cover band. The Mission Playhouse will host 8 well known local artists in the lobby. There will be live art demos. A kid craft area to keep the littles entertained while learning about culture. 20 artisan vendors in the Mercado and a tequila tasting area. Pez Cantina will be popping up on location with delicious sangria, wine, margaritas and decadent dishes. Plus a photo contest on Instagram with cash prizes! La Casita del Pueblo is one of our fabulous organizers amongst several dedicated San Gabriel residents and our fabulous San Gabriel Community Services Department.
Mission Drive will be closed from Carmelita to Santa Anita Ave. You can park at the Mission Playhouse parking lot for easy access to the festivities.
